An additional surcharge of $15.00 ($16.05 w/ GST) will be applicable for delivery to offshore areas (Sentosa) and Central Business District (CBD) denoted by the first 2 digits of the postal code: Robinson 01, 04, 05, 06, 07, 08; Marina Square 03, 17; Orchard 22,23; Bras Basah 18, 19
An additional surcharge of $35 will be applicable for delivery to venues without lift landing
All buffet orders that deliver to Non-Permanent address (Eg: chalet, resort, club, pub & etc.) would be required to make pre-payment via bank transfer 2 working days before the function date
Buffet set-up at any landed property will be done on ground level
Additional surcharge will be applicable for Buffet set-up on other levels of the landed property (Please note that we will not be held liable for any damages caused during the set-up)
Collection will be done 3 hours from the event time, or 10pm, whichever is earlier. A maximum of 1 hour extension is available at a surcharge of $10+. However, an extension is not recommended as NEA advises for food to be best consumed within a time frame of 4 hours.
Cancellation must be done 5 days in advance for a full refund. You may choose to postpone your event date at no extra charge (minimum 2 working days in advance)
For cancellation made less than 6 hours, no refund will be made.
For cancellation made less than 12 hours prior to the event, a 50% refund will be provided
For cancellations made less than 1 working day prior to the event, a 70% refund will be provided
For 48 hours notice, a 80% refund will be provided.
For cancellations made 2 to 5 working days in advance, a $25 administrative fee will be charged.
Terms of Services
Account Registration and Users
With account registration on Alpine Spring Website, users are provided a unique identification across the website for redemption and account management. It will too aid us to trace all orders where there are queries or issues that surfaced. Registration is simple and can only be done through individual users. The customer must provide a unique email and password when registering. These will be required to logged in to the unique account dashboard with all the users' information and purchases on Alpine Spring.
Customers must also ensure that all details provided during registration or any other time are accurate and complete at the point of registration. Any changes to details provided during registration must be updating the dashboard on Alpine Spring. You will be asked to provide a password upon registration; this Password must be kept confidential and must not be disclosed or shared with anyone. You will be liable for any purchases and activities that are submitted under this Password.
Termination of Account and Users
If you do not wish to be part of the Alpine Spring Community and wished for your account to be taken down, you may submit a request of deletion by email at email@example.com, or call us during our operating hour (Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm, Saturday 9.00am - 1.00pm) at +65 9828 3280. Do note that some information not limited to Sales Transactions may remain in our private records after deletion of account.
If you do not wish to receive any emails or marketing communications materials from us, you may wish to unsubscribe from our mailing list.

As your Account is secured by a password for your confidentiality and security, we ask that you take caution to protect against illegal access or use of your Account. You are liable for any loss, theft and compromise of your password and Account Information, and any activity on your Account that takes place through unauthorised password use.
Alpine Spring does not warrant or guarantee in any way that your personal information or private communications will permanently remain private and/or safe. We hereby disclaims any accountability or liability directly or indirectly arising out of or in connection with, any loss, theft, or unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, disposal or similar actions with regard to any personal data held or maintained by us, except to the extent caused by our fault or negligence.
You agree that the Alpine Spring website contains information, data, software, photographs, graphics, typefaces, music, sounds and other material (collectively) that are safeguarded by copyrights, trademarks, database and other intellectual property rights owned by us or our suppliers. You are not to modify, reproduce, copy or distribute any of the content on Alpine Spring for commercial or personal purposes without our prior consent.
Pricing and Product Information
Whilst every effort is made to fulfil orders in terms of price, details and size through the Alpine Spring website, Alpine Spring expressly reserves the right to vary the price and other details of the products without notice. As much as Alpine Spring tries to reflect the actual product size, details and price, Alpine Spring is not liable for the situation when they differ from the actual product.
Alpine Spring has made every effort to display the colours of our products that appear on the website as accurately as possible. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor screen settings, we cannot guarantee that your monitor display of any colour will be accurate.
